Documents kept up to date
Licence, insurance, MOT and permits are uploaded to the portal, which warns before they expire. A trip is only offered to whoever holds a verified, valid licence of the kind it requires.
Which documents are required →Partners · Castilla-La Mancha and Castilla y León
When our own fleet is full or the trip needs a licence it does not have, the transfer is offered to an operator holding the authorisation that trip requires, with the fixed price before accepting.

Which documents are required →Each transfer arrives with its amount before you accept it, and is settled with its invoice from the portal.
How transfers are allocated →Deadlines, expenses, maintenance and fleet dispatch in a separate tool, included for partners.
See fleet management →The platform does not provide transport by itself: it is provided by whoever holds the VTC authorisation or taxi licence each trip requires, and the booking says which before payment. Referrers are paid for referral, not for transport.
Referral: you are paid for recommending, not for carrying passengers. The commission is invoiced separately, with its VAT.
Customer: you contract the transfer and receive the transport invoice.
Transport: the service is provided under your licence, with your insurance and your drivers.
Transport: the service is provided under your taxi licence, with its fare and local by-laws.
No volume is promised: you get the ones our fleet cannot cover and your licence can legally carry out, and each can be accepted or declined.
The portal warns before it expires. If what expires is your licence, you stop being offered the transfers that require it until the new one is verified.
It depends on the trip, and the booking says so before payment. Most are licensed VTC; what the law reserves for taxis is only offered to the licence holder for that municipality. A referrer does not carry passengers: they are paid for the referral.
Who you work with
Ridelta is the name of the software and the network you work with: it dispatches the jobs, issues the journey sheet, keeps your statements and issues the invoices. Ridelta - Taxi y VTC is the brand your passenger books with. Same operation, two faces, and this is the one you deal with.
