Local transfers, with the local taxi and private hire operators
We organise transfers from Illescas (Toledo) across the whole of Castilla-La Mancha, and the driver is a local partner: a taxi or private hire operator with their own licence or authorisation. You book on the web or by phone, we give you the fixed price and assign the soonest available car for your time and area. Most of our work is transfers to Madrid-Barajas, connections with high-speed rail stations and corporate travel.

What we do differently
- The price is the price. The amount is fixed when you confirm and never rises because of demand, rain or it being a Friday. It only changes if you alter the route, add stops or there is a long wait, and you are told first.
- We know the area. We know what time you have to leave for a seven o'clock flight, which door to use at Terminal 4 and where to wait at the high-speed station. An algorithm does not know that.
- A person answers. Booking takes three taps, but if you call, someone here picks up — not a call centre. And before pickup you know the driver's name, their phone number and the car's plate.
- Every trip is documented. Before the trip starts we issue the route sheet and file it with the register that Spanish transport rules require. It is not paperwork for its own sake: it is the difference between a legal service and one that is not.
Who drives you, and what that means
Transport is provided by our partner taxi and private hire (VTC) operators, each under their own licence or authorisation, insurance and vehicle. We contract the service, fix the price and assign who carries it out.
This is not a taxi you hail. There is no street pick-up and no waiting at a rank: every service is booked in advance. For the customer that has one concrete advantage: before leaving home you already know the price, the vehicle and who is driving.
It also means obligations met trip by trip, which the platform produces and keeps on the partner's behalf: a route sheet with an integrity fingerprint, filing with the Ministry register, control of the limit on services outside the region, roadworthiness and insurance up to date —checked before the partner receives a first job— and invoices meeting Spanish e-invoicing rules.

We only sell what we are allowed to provide
Transfers are provided by our partner taxi and private hire (VTC) operators, each under their own licence or authorisation, and each licence allows some things and not others. That is applied before you get a price, not after you are charged: when no partner can serve the trip under their licence, it does not come with an amount or a booking button. We tell you why, and who can take you instead.
- Within one municipality a VTC operator cannot drive you
- A VTC authorisation covers intercity transport: from one town to another. A trip that starts and ends inside the same municipality is urban service and belongs to licensed taxis, because Castilla-La Mancha has not opened it to VTC operators. The quote engine checks that before pricing: if the trip is internal there is no amount and no booking button; we tell you why, and that the local taxi is who takes you there. And there is no exception for convenience: without a taxi licence behind it, that trip is not accepted through any channel — not the website, not WhatsApp, not the phone.
- There is nothing to hail: the service is booked beforehand
- A VTC cannot be hailed in the street or wait at a rank. Every service is booked before it starts and is recorded with the exact time of booking, which is the one carried onto the route sheet. For you that has one concrete advantage: before leaving home you know the price, the car and who is driving.
- The 20% rule, counted trip by trip
- Our partner VTC operators' cars must habitually serve transport needs connected with Castilla-La Mancha: a trip that both starts and ends outside the region counts against a 20% limit, and exceeding it costs the holder their authorisation. Every booking is classified by the region of pickup and of destination, the back office keeps the monthly and yearly count and warns before the margin runs out. We would rather turn down a transfer that is not ours than put the driver's licence at risk.
Every line above is a fare we do not take and someone else would. We give them up on purpose, because a service that cannot legally be provided is not cheaper: it is the one that leaves no car at your door and the driver facing a penalty notice. If another app quotes you for a trip that starts and ends inside your own town, ask which licence it is served under; the fine is not paid by the app.
